The Eastside Gallery Page

These photographs were taken by me in Berlin during November, 1990, a few weeks after unification and a year after the wall came down.

A large section of the East Side of the wall had been left standing and artists from around the world painted murals on its side.

The "riot.jpg" was a photograph taken at night in Alexanderplatz during the second night of the "squatter's" protest of 13-14 November, 1990.
